Rub meat with salt and pepper. Prepare the marinade: chop the garlic, basil and mix them with the rest of the products, pour the meat and leave for a day in the refrigerator. After removing the fillet from the marinade, make small longitudinal cuts on it, place in the oven on a wire rack. Fry for 7-15 minutes (depending on the shape of the fillet). Serve on lettuce leaves.

Beef stew with sour cream

In order to cook this delicate dish for the New Year, you need the following:

  • 1 kg of meat
  • 4 large onions,
  • 200-250 ml sour cream,
  • 4-5 Art. l vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt, mustard, flour.

Cut the fillet into small pieces (4-5 cm), large onions. In the stew pan (preferably thick-walled, with a tight-fitting lid), pour the oil and place the meat mixed with onions. Cover and place in the oven (+ 180 ° C) for 2 hours. After that, mix the sour cream, salt, mustard and flour, pour the meat with this sauce and leave it in the oven at the same temperature for another 30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with dill.

Roast lamb with apples and quince is a particularly fragrant dish

For 500 grams of fatty meat will need the following products:

  • 2 large apples and quince,
  • 2 kg of onions,
  • 100-200 g of dill, parsley and cilantro, salt and black pepper - to taste.

It is cooked in a cast-iron dish. The lamb is cut into small pieces, smaller than a walnut, the onion is cut into thin rings, and the green is fine. From the quince and apples remove the core and cut into large slices. Products are placed in a cast iron bed in the following order: meat, onion, greens, quince, then - meat, onion, greens, apples. Then add salt, pepper, without stirring, and a layer of onion. Pour 2-3 tbsp. l water, cover and simmer over low heat without stirring.

Curd balls

Blend 300 g of fat cottage cheese with a blender, add 70 g of softened butter, 1 tsp. salt and 2-4 cloves of crushed garlic. Mix well and hands in gloves, moistened with water, to form balls. For 1 piece enough 1 tsp. mixes. Balls will look like New Year's, if they are rolled, for example, in the breading of such products:

  • chopped walnuts,
  • mixtures of white and black sesame,
  • finely grated carrots,
  • dried tomatoes,
  • greenery.

Multi-colored balls lay out in rows on a dish decorated with sprigs of dill and refrigerate to set.

Peppers stuffed with cheese and egg

Clear thick-walled Bulgarian pepper from seeds. Grind 100-130 g of hard cheese on a fine grater, add a finely chopped clove of garlic, greens, 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream, mix. Put a little curd in pepper, then a boiled hard-boiled egg, and fill all the free space around it with cheese mixture. Pepper should stand in the cold for at least 3 hours. Before serving, it should be cut across into 4-5 pieces.

Volovans with various fillers

Puff pastry for them can be bought in the store. Roll out the layer to a thickness of at least 5 mm and make baskets or any shape volosnovka, the main thing that they were small, 1-2 bites.   • 250 g of sugar
  • 370-380 g of whipped cream
  • fruits.

Beat the whites, gradually adding sugar until it dissolves and the mass becomes fluffy, with steady peaks. Draw a circle with a diameter of 20 cm on baking paper and lay a baking sheet with it. Put the protein mass inside the circle and level it with a knife from the bottom to the top so that a wavy rim forms along the edge of the cake.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at + 150 ° C for 30 minutes, then reduce it to + 120 ° C and bake another 10 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven until it cools completely. Decorate the cake with whipped cream and fruit just before serving.

Fruit salad

  • 2 bananas, oranges and apples,
  • 3 kiwis,
  • 100 g raisins, dried apricots, prunes and nuts,
  • 2-3 pieces white marshmallow
  • 0.5 liters of pineapple yogurt,
  • 1 tbsp. l gelatin.

Dessert is laid out on a dish in the following sequence:

  1. Small and thinly sliced ​​apples, raisins.

1. First you need to defrost the fish. It is better to transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator in advance so that the ice melts gradually. Cut the belly and remove all the entrails. Also, with a scissors or knife, cut the gills neatly, lifting the gill covers. When cleaning the fish, it is important to remove the black film that is in the middle.
